Police reports revealed that Allu Arjun entered through the main entrance at 9:30 PM IST, without prior notice. The lack of crowd management, along with insufficient arrangements by both the theatre management and the actor’s team, contributed to the stampede. Furthermore, the actor’s security team reportedly escalated the situation by pushing through the crowd, worsening the chaos.
