Kajal Pisal celebrates birthday with Jhanak co-stars

Actress Kajal Pisal, who recently portrayed Tanuja Bose in the popular TV show Jhanak, celebrated her birthday surrounded by close friends and co-stars. The celebration turned into a joyful reunion for the original cast of Jhanak, bringing together several familiar faces who have shared screen space with her.

Joining Kajal in the celebration were actors Poorva Gokhale, Sachin Verma, Patrali Chattopadhyay, Ajoy Chakraborty, Reena Pimpale, and Sunny Sachdeva. The get-together also featured other television personalities, including Vibhuti Thakur, Sapna Sikarwar, and Angshuma Saika, who joined in the festivities. The evening was filled with fun, laughter, and nostalgia as the team reminisced about their time on the show.

When asked about her birthday resolution, Kajal shared her focus on well-being and growth. She said, “My birthday resolution is about dedicating time to activities that promote personal growth and well-being. This includes prioritizing rest, enjoying hobbies, practicing mindfulness, and making healthier lifestyle choices. The goal is to nurture my mind, body, and spirit, creating a more balanced and fulfilling life. I'm also open to exciting new work opportunities—I guess I’m ready to be back on sets.”

Speaking about reuniting with her Jhanak co-stars, Kajal said, “It was wonderful spending time with them. We became like a family while working together, and although we’re all now looking forward to new opportunities, our bond remains strong. We’re all still connected through a WhatsApp group. Meeting them again was refreshing and full of joy—we had an amazing time.”

After completing her journey on Jhanak, Kajal took a short break to recharge. She recently vacationed in Sri Lanka, reconnecting with nature and herself. Sharing her travel experience, she said, “It had been a while since I traveled, and I was craving a break. I chose Sri Lanka for its rich culture and natural beauty. Travelling solo gave me a perfect chance to explore ancient sites, beautiful beaches, and lush tea plantations. It was an unforgettable experience.”

Kajal Pisal, who garnered much love for her role in Jhanak, exited the show following a dramatic 20-year leap in the storyline that aired in June. Apart from Jhanak, she is well known for her performances in shows like Sirf Tum, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, and Naagin.
