John Abraham: I will never do a regional film as I am a Hindi film hero

John Abraham is all set for the release of his film Attack Part 1. The trailer of the film was released a few days earlier and it has generated a lot of buzz amongst the audience. As of now, John Abraham, along with the director Lakshya Raj Anand and the leading ladies Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh has been on a promotional run down.

They have been attending events together and are ramping up for their big release. Recently, rumours were flying around that John Abraham would be a part of the film Salaar, which also features Prabhas and Shruti Haasan in lead roles.

In a recent interview, John disclosed that he wouldn't want to do a Telugu film. Throwing light on the rumour mills regarding this, John said,

 “I will never do a regional film. I am a Hindi film hero.” 

John also highlighted the fact that he wouldn't do a regional film like other actors have been doing to be in that industry. He also added that he won't take up a project as a second lead just for the sake of being a part of it.

He then shared some insights about his film Attack and said that he is quite confident about the film and that they have done a great job. 

On April 1st, 2022, Attack Part 1 will be released in theatres. In addition to Jacqueline Fernandez, Rakul Preet Singh, and John, Prakash Raj and Ratna Pathak Shah will play important roles in the film. It is helmed by Lakshya Raj Anand and financed by Dr. Jayantilal Gada (Pen Studios), John Abraham (JA Entertainment), and Ajay Kapoor Productions.
