Jiah Khan's suicide was due to her sentiments, Sooraj Pancholi not responsible - mentions CBI's order copy
Reportedly the CBI's order copy suggested that Jiah Khan had suicidal tendencies.

Sooraj Pancholi and his family have recently received a verdict in the Jiah Khan suicide case after almost a decade of legal proceedings. The special CBI court in Mumbai acquitted Sooraj Pancholi of abetment charges due to the 'paucity of evidence' in the case. Sooraj expressed his relief and said that this decision has helped him regain his dignity and confidence. Well, according to News 18, who obtained a copy of the order from the special Central Bureau of Investigation suggested that Jiah Khan had suicidal tendencies.
The order copy in the Jiah Khan suicide case has shed light on the circumstances leading up to her tragic death. While the order acknowledges the incident as unfortunate, it states that the evidence on record suggests that Jiah was a victim of her own emotions and sentiments.
The order states that Jiah had the option to leave the relationship but could not overcome her love for Sooraj Pancholi, who cannot be held responsible for her actions. Additionally, at the time of their relationship, Sooraj was pursuing his career in acting and could not devote sufficient time to Jiah. However, it is noted in the order that Sooraj had previously helped Jiah overcome depression when she had attempted suicide before. The order also references a petition filed in the Bombay High Court to transfer the case to national and international agencies.
Following his acquittal in the Jiah Khan suicide case, Sooraj Pancholi visited Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi to seek blessings. He shared pictures of himself standing outside the Gurudwara with folded hands, indicating that he was praying.

Such live in relationships are doing great harm to gullible girls like Jiah and Pratyusha. Very unfortunate.
