Is Salman Khan's 'Tubelight' a COPY OR INSPIRATION of 'Little Boy'?

Kabir Khan has remained tight-lipped about the plot of his upcoming movie, only revealed the film is based during the Indo-China War. Now we came across an interesting comparison, of Tubelight with the Hollywood film, Little Boy.

The only difference the two movies hold is that, 'Little Boy' is a father-son drama, whereas 'Tubelight' is a tale of two brothers that would be played by Salman and Sohail Khan. Barring that, Tubelight has minor changes; like the father in Little Boy, goes missing during the war, while, Sohail will be gone missing in 'Tubelight'. The boy in the Hollywood flick was shown bullied for his low stature while Salman will be shown bullied for being a little slow in understanding things. Another addition to 'Tubelight' is that Salman will have a love interest in the film, which will be played by Hollywood beauty, Zhu Zhu.

So technically 'Tubelight' doesn't seem to be completely copied neither completely inspired. What say?
