I wanted to play a different role this time: Priyanka Shuklaa of 'Mann Sundar'

Actress Priyanka Shuklaa is a popular name in the entertainment industry. The actress has done various projects earlier and currently the actress is seen winning accolades for her performance in the Dangal TV show Mann Sundar.

Talking about her character, Priyanka says,"I am essaying the role of Disha, which is a grey-shaded character. Disha is a girl who gets angry very easily and ends up doing things which she shouldn't do. She considers herself a victim of circumstances. The presence of my character in the show brings a lot of twists and turns to the story."

When asked what made her say yes to the show, Priyanka says"When I got the narration, I said yes because it is a different character. I wanted to play a different role this time and the character of Disha is something different from my previous characters. I saw a lot of shades in my character and that was something that clicked with me. I do believe that when you play a grey shaded character, you get to explore a lot. And I am loving every bit of it."

Lastly, sharing the kind of feedback she is receiving for her performance, Priyanka says, "I am super happy for the love and support audience are giving to my character. I receive a lot of messages from people who appreciate my performance. Appreciation boosts my confidence and motives me to give my best to the show."
