Naina Singh and her mother

Naina Singh, who rose to fame with her stint in 'Kumkum Bhagya' and Bigg Boss 14, has been keeping away from the world of glitz and glam for quite some time now. India Forums reached out to Naina to talk about a rumour we heard about the actress's fallout with her close friend Akash Chaudhary and her maintaining a distance from all her friends.

Upon listening to the former statement, Naina laughed out loud and said, ''Oh, there is absolutely no fallout between the two of us, and this is a false rumour. We are very good friends and will remain good friends forever. We are on good terms, and this news is not true.''

Further, we asked the actress about her friends stranding her and leaving her all alone. To this, the actress said, ''I myself have maintained a distance from people for quite some time now. It has been a year since I lost my mother, and I still have not come to terms with the fact that she is no more. I have hence isolated myself because I cannot put my moods on to other people. I want myself to heal, and as of now, even though it has been a year, I am not able to heal. People come to me with all sorts of advice and tell me time will heal, and it will all get better. But no, Time has not been healing me. It has been a year, and I have not healed. Hence, I have decided to keep my space and distance myself from everyone.''
