The trio, who starred in Zoya Akhtar’s iconic film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, posed for a photo that has left everyone wondering if a sequel is on the way.

In the viral picture, Hrithik, Farhan, and Abhay are standing in front of a vintage car, similar to the one from the film. Hrithik captioned it, 'It took time, but we finally said YAS.' However, his hashtags ‘Zindagi Ko Yas Bol’ and ‘collab’ have confused netizens. Many are now speculating that this reunion might just be for an ad and not a sequel.

Social media erupted with mixed reactions. A fan, quoting the movie, wrote, “Aise ZNMD 2 ka teaser dena is not funny.” Another user commented, 'Don’t gaslight us.' A hopeful fan added, 'Wow, waiting eagerly for this masterpiece.' The post has reignited the long-running demand for a sequel.

For years, fans have wanted Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara 2. However, filmmaker Reema Kagti, who co-wrote the film with Zoya Akhtar, recently clarified that there are no plans for a sequel unless a strong idea emerges. She told Zoom, 'People might think I’m being a bit pompous because it is our film, but I really feel, because of the pressure on us to write ZNMD 2, maybe that’s a film we should leave alone till we get a really good idea.'

Despite the uncertainty, fans are thrilled to see the trio together again. They had earlier shared a cryptic video where they were seen enjoying a meal and reacting to The Three Musketeers, saying 'Unbelievable' and 'Outstanding.' This had also fueled speculation about a sequel.

For now, the reunion has revived nostalgia, but whether Kabir, Imran, and Arjun will return for another adventure remains a mystery. Fans can only hope!
