Here's what Salman has to say to the State Govt on 2002 Hit & Run

Salman Khan recently celebrated his 50th birthday with a huge bang at his farm house. The star studded birthday bash witnessed a fair of personalities from the B-town and the entertainment industry. As the celebrations were not just of his birthday but also due to his acquittal from 2002 hit and run case.

As reported earlier, Salman who was charged under different sections of IPC for his reckless driving under the influence of alcohol which costed a life and leaving a few others injured was recently acquitted by the Bombay High Court due to lack of enough evidence to prove the actor guilty.

Soon, the Maharashtra State Government stepped ahead making a statement to approach the Supreme Court with regard to this case and to conduct the trials once again.

Taking this decision humbly, Salman said in a statement that, "Bahut Hi Khushi Ki Baat Hai K Mata Pita K Sir Se Ek Tension Hatt Gaya. Jaayenge Supreme court me jaayenge, haq banta hai unka, wahan par bhi fight karenge". (It's a huge burden off of parents.It's the govt's right to appeal in the supreme court and we will too fight the case there).
Quoting further the actor says, 'Trials and Tribulations are as much as part of life and happiness and his family believed in maintaining the balance between two. [sic]

Well, Salman seems to be in a complete mood to face the challenge ahead as he takes the government's this step sportingly.
