Heartbroken: Kareena Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Farah Khan & others mourn the sudden demise of Satish Kaushik

Bollywood grieves over the shocking demise of late actor Satish Kaushik as they pay heartfelt tribute to the actor.

Actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik passed away in Gurugram after suffering a heart attack. His dearest friend Anupam Kher confirmed the tragic news on social media. Well now other colleagues and friends from the film industry such as, Farah Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Manoj Bajpayee and others also mourned Satish Kaushik’s death.

Kareena Kapoor took to her Instagram stories and shared a smiling picture of Satish ji and wrote, "Mujhe kuch kehna hai...MIlenge Milenge...Extremly heartbroken Satish Ji...thinking of all our times together...Rest in laughter and peace"

While Vicky Kaushal was shocked as well, he shared a monochromatic picture of the late actor and wrote, "Shocked. Saddened. The few times I met Satishji, we've only shared laughs and warmth. My deepest condolences to his famiy and friends. R.I.P"

Farah Khan grieved the sad demise and wrote, "Too sudden & too sad...the kindest, happiest man"

Also Kangana Ranaut took to her twitter and shared a throwback picture with the late actor and wrote, "Woke up to this horrible news, he was my biggest cheerleader, a very successful actor and director #SatishKaushik ji personally was also a very kind and genuine man, I loved directing him in Emergency. He will be missed, Om Shanti 🙏"

Soni Razdan tweeted, "Shocked and heartbroken to hear our contemporary @satishkaushik2 is no more. Many of us met him for the first time while we were shooting Mandi. He was a jolly gentle soul always laughing. It’s very hard to believe he’s gone. RIP dear Satish we will miss you terribly." 

Arbaaz Khan also shared a series of pictures with Satish Kaushik, and one of the pictures shows the late actor posing with Arbaaz, Salman Khan and Sohail Khan.

Talking on his workfront, Satish Kaushik was most famously known for playing the role of 'Calendar' in Mr. India. He acted in numerous films including Brick Lane, Deewana Mastana, Saajan Chale Sasural, Kaagaz, Thar, etc. He also directed several films such as Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja, Kaagaz, and Tere Naam, among others. 

He will be seen posthumously in the films, Emergency and Kaagaz 2 while also in the Netflix series, Guns & Gulaabs.
