Gumraah: Poster of the Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur starrer out; to release on 7th April

Are you in deception? Perhaps you gave too much trust! The makers of the movie are all set to Gumraah the audience with its first announcement. They did what they promised, the teaser of the movie is out however it's not the video, it's an intriguing poster! 

Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur’s Gumraah teaser will be arriving soon, the crime thriller based on true events is set to hit the big screens on 7th April 2023The movie will showcase an intense face-off between Aditya Roy Kapur, Mrunal Thakur and Ronit Roy.

Two lookalikes who are the main suspects in a murder case will be  played by Mrunal Thakur as a female cop. The actress talked about her her appearance in the movie in a recent interview and mentioned that when she heard the premise, she knew right away that she needed to be a part of this picture. 

Her character is intriguing, and she has always wanted to play a cop. This will be different from every role she has played before. She was particularly drawn to the project since it will pit her against Aditya, in contrast to other masala movies where female stars are only allowed to play the lead character's love interests.

Helmed by debutant director Vardhan Ketkar the film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios. GUMRAAH to release in cinemas on 7th April 2023
