Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Mitaali Nag quits show

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin airs on Star Plus and has been receiving rave reviews so far. The show has managed to maintain its top spot on the TRP charts for a while now and continues to churn out twists and turns. Now, reports in The Times of India have it that Mitaali Nag aka Devyani Deshpande has quit the show as she is not happy with her track.

The report further stated that after deliberating on it for a while, she has informed the production about her exit from the show. In addition, the report stated that she had been unhappy with her track, and also her dates were not being used as she barely shot for June and July. Further, the report stated that she last shot for July 12 and has been discussing her track with the creatives but did not receive a response. Also, she felt that her character has lost prominence and she, therefore, informed the production house of her decision.

Mitali and Neil had worked together in Roop-Mard Ka Naya Swaroop, and he plays her brother on-screen. The two share a great bond both on-screen and off-screen and have been friends for a while now as he is very dear to both her and her husband.
