Gauahar Khan & Dino Moreo Bag Saif Ali Khan’s Taandav For Amazon Prime

Director Abbas Zafar, known for Bharat is bringing a new political drama named ‘Taandav’ for Amazon Prime. The upcoming series will see the Nawab of Bollywood, Saif Ali Khan playing the lead role. Now, we have another piece of information suggesting that the makers have welcomed two more actors on-board for their ambitious project.

As per reports, former Bigg Boss winner, Gauahar Khan and Bollywood actor Dino Morea have been signed for prominent roles in the series.

While Gauahar was last seen in Hotstar’s The Office, Dino who has been away from screens will be making his digital debut with ALT Balaji’s Mentalhood.

For the uninitiated, the upcoming series will be completely based on politics and is set on a massive scale. It is on the lines of Hollywood series, House of Cards but set within the framework of Indian politics. The plot will centre around various political aspects like Dalit scenario, UP cops and entire nexus around it. Saif will play a youth leader from a privileged background, who has Chanakya-like traits and aspires to become the Prime Minister of the country.
