Salman Khan kick started the promotions of his Diwali dhamaka, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, with a raas garba event in Ahmedabad on Wednesday.

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor was accompanied by his co-star Sonam Kapoor and appeared to be in high spirits as he started dancing, bringing back memories of his effortlessly executed moves in 'Dholi Taro', which was over a decade ago.

Spokesperson of the film adds, "Salman hasn't danced the garba for years and it was his suggestion that they join the festivities before navratri wound to a close. The fact that he was there in his much-loved Prem avatar only added to the fun and jhatkas."

The crowd had a great time watching Salman Khan doing Garba in his very own style.

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo symbolizes the reunion of the most awaited  actor director duo, Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya, after a long wait. Whenever this duo is seen on screen, they create magic and break box office records.

The movie is supported by a huge ensemble cast and is slated to release on 12th November 2015.

A quintessential family film for all age-groups, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is Salman Khan's next release and Rajshri Productions and Fox Star Studios Diwali blockbuster release.
