Gal Gadot praises Alia Bhatt's warmth, and also her blunt attitude as they team up in 'Heart of Stone'

Alia Bhatt is riding high on the success of her recent release, 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani'. Even as the film continues to make waves at the box office, Alia is all set to venture into new territory – Hollywood. Her debut Hollywood project, Heart of Stone, alongside Gal Gadot, is set to release digitally this week, and fans eagerly anticipate her the same.

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Gal Gadot opened up about her camaraderie with Alia and how she sees a lot of similarities between them. 

As 'Heart of Stone' gears up for its digital release on Netflix on August 11, fans eagerly await to witness Alia Bhatt's Hollywood debut and see her showcase her talent on the global stage. 

Despite coming from different countries with English not being their native language, Gal and Alia, she was instantly connected personally. Gal praised Alia for her warm and candid nature, admiring her straightforward and no-nonsense attitude. Being Israeli herself, Gal found Alia's bluntness delightful and appreciated the authenticity she brings.

Gal expressed her confidence in Alia's capabilities when asked if she had any advice for Alia to excel in Hollywood. She believes that Alia has the potential to replicate her Indian success in American films, and her talent and dedication will undoubtedly open doors for her in Hollywood.

For the unversed in 'Heart of Stone', Alia takes on the role of the antagonist, hacker Keya Dhawan, who engages in a high-stakes battle against Gal's character, Rachel Stone, to obtain a dangerous weapon. The spy action thriller, directed by Tom Harper and co-starring actor Jamie Dornan, promises an electrifying showdown between the two leading ladies.
