Fans are taken aback as Alia Bhatt rocks the stage with Naatu Naatu, say 'just had a baby 4 months ago'

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is been showered by praises from all quaters for her bang on performance post delivering her baby girl.

With her thrilling "Naatu Naatu" dance performance, Alia Bhatt made a triumphant comeback to the main stage. The actress and new mother graced an award function stage all decked up as her all-white Gangubai Kathiawadi character, complete with a shimmering white saree and roses in her hair. Alia seemed like she was having a blast while nailing the choreography to SS Rajamouli's Oscar-nominated "RRR" song "Naatu Naatu" in videos from the event that quickly went viral online.

While Ayushmann Khurrana and his brother Aparshakti Khurana joined in to bring the cheerful performance to a finish. But what caught fans attention was this was the actress's first big performance, which was her first after giving birth to baby Raha in November. Talking of which fans swarmed social media with heaps of praises for her. Sharing a video one user tweeted in disbelief, "This woman had a baby just 4 months ago and look at her..." tweeted a fan in disbelief.Another praised the actress saying, "Alia Bhatt is that one mass female superstar bhai." While another one said "Omg the swag."

Well we can't agree more with the users, Alia did set the stage on fire with her powerhouse performance seen in the video.

On the work front, Alia has officially ended her maternity break and has resumed work on director Karan Johar's upcoming romantic film 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'. 

The film sees Alia teaming up with Ranveer Singh for the first time. The movie also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in lead roles.

Initially, the movie was supposed to release on the eve of Valentine's day 2023, but the makers delayed the release to April. The movie is now set to hit the big screen on July 28, 2023.
