Even a quickie in our case, costs a lot of calories: Tahira Kashyap likes to burn calories differently

Tahira Kashyap, a filmmaker, author, and Ayushmann Khurrana's wife, recently went on Shilpa Shetty's talk programme "Shape of You" and revealed details about her health throughout the years.

She drew a lot of attention when she opened up about her private life, recalling her fitness journey throughout her cancer struggle and being inspired by spouse Ayushmann's transformation journey.

Tahira who has been quite vocal about sex in her book shared that sex can be one of the best workouts to burn some calories. She said, 

“Even a quickie, in our case, costs a lot of calories. It’s sex, and it is great, and it is good, so why not!” and couldn’t contain her laughter during the show.

Tahira also talked about going bald during her battle with cancer. 

She revealed how she got her head shaved while being alone at home. She claimed that after looking into the mirror, she said to herself, “who’s this sexy thing?" She added, "I found myself so sexy”.

When Sonali Bendre returned home from cancer treatment in the United States, Tahira said she was taken aback by her star's bald appearance. She did say, though, that she had no idea she'd be in the same situation six months later. Tahira, like Sonali, battled cancer and shaved her head during treatment.

Ayushmann Khurrana's wife, on the other hand, spoke about the pressures of being a starwife. She replied,

"I believe it did in my twenties. No more. I'd want to dress nicely for a function, but I lack the necessary standards. I'm not under any duress."

Ayushmann will next be seen in the film 'Anek,' which will be released on May 27. He will appear as an undercover officer in the flick.
