Divyanka-Vivek celebrate their third anniversary in hospital!

Divyanka Tripathi-Vivek Dahiya, one of the most adorable telly town couples are celebrating their third anniversary today. The couple tied the knot back in 2016 after dating for a while and are fondly called ‘Divek’ by their fans. Well, it’s their marriage anniversary today but unfortunately they have to celebrate it in a hospital as Vivek has been hospitalized since a few days. 

A few days back, Vivek was rushed to the hospital after experiencing stomach ache which later was diagnosed as a swollen liver. Well, there is nothing to worry about as the actor is recovering well from his illness but is still advised bed rest by Doctors. Now, since Vivek is hospitalized, his family sneaked in a cake at the hospital to surprise the couple. Both Divyanka and Vivek were overwhelmed with the sweet surprise. Divyanka took to Instagram to share it with their fans. 

The couple just returned from a romantic vacation from Macau and set the social media on fire with their magical pictures.
