The role of Amitabh Bachchan's daughter for Prakash Jha's much talked about next,Aarakshan, has finally landed in the lap of the tall dusky beauty, Deepika Padukone.

Initially, two other leading actresses, including a newcomer, were being considered for the coveted role but it wasDeepika's height and demeanor which won her the part. Jha believed that Deeps of all actresses could pass as Big B's daughter.

This will be Deeps's first film with Big B and Jha. Which literally has 'big' written all over it!
