After the first edition of the complex and heart-warming story of Veer and Sameera, the duo are once again back to win your heart. Directed by Harsh Dedhia, the series revolves around two broken hearts who meet to find solace in each other’s company. Starring Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi in the lead roles, the series is a perfect combination of love, pain and comfort.

In the first season, Veer and Sameera’s love story ended on a cliffhanger. However, now, the two have moved on with their respective lives until they find each other again in an unexpected situation. The complete change in their personality traits complicates their situation and relationships.

Veer who was earlier unable to love, has now turned into an impulsive lover, who is a complete stranger to the concept of ‘loving in moderation’. Sameera on the other hand has changed her obsessive behaviour and is now a practical girlfriend, completely different than her previous self. The mistakes she made her in previous relationships makes it difficult for her to commit.

While the two were in a happy space individually, we can witness a spark and a sense of belonging whenever the duo are together. Will the growing closeness between Veer and Sameera affect their current relationship? The story unfolds beautifully and one could sense the complications in their relationship.

Vikrant Massey as Veer and Harleen Sethi as Sameera do the job almost close to perfection. However, we loved Akriti Singh and Pooja Bhamrah’s role as Agni and Porno respectively who are support systems to Sameera. Akriti Singh’s scenes as Agni will give you a good laugh and her comic timing is something that we couldn’t take our eyes off from.

Gaurav Arora and Anuja Joshi as Ahan and Debbie were seen in a vital role as they portray the role of Sameera and Veer’s partners respectively. Even though we root for Veer and Sameera, Gaurav as Ahan still manages to make us smile throughout with his on screen personality.

The music and sound track has been one of the most important aspects of the series and it brings in a unique and interesting vibe which makes the story more relatable. ALT Balaji and ZEE5 has not only been providing the viewers with intriguing content but also some extremely refreshing and melodious songs.

Shaamein will give you the perfect romantic vibe and blockbuster Jodi of Amaal and Armaan Malik makes it even more special. Sung by Armaan Malik, it is written by Manoj Muntashir. Apart from this, Teri Hogaiyaan and O Saajna will give your ear a soothing and melodious time. O Saajna is written and sung by Akhil Sachdeva whereas Vishal Mishra’s voice in Teri Hogaiyaan gave us a great time.

The performances along with the music will keep you hooked to the series. If you are a fan of romantic story with pain and heartbreak, then this one cannot be missed.
