Benaifer Kohli is like 'TERROR', claims Shilpa Shinde

Yesterday, late evening Shilpa Shinde filed a case of sexual harassment on 'Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai's' producer Benaifer Kohli's husband Sanjay Kohli. The actress held a press conference today at her place to address and and reveal the details to the media.

Here's what Shilpa had to say.

This is the time to say the right thing.

I have been facing this torture from the past 7 to 8 months. I was under medication, but yet I gave my 100 percent to the show. They not only make false allegations against me, but also removed me from the show.

I did not say anything earlier, as I was not in the position to, at that time.

I was in depression. My co-actors did not talk to me and the entire unit boycotted me. Benafir used to record the calls. She is like terror. They provoked me to file a sexual harassment case and I am still being harassed.

The producers are asking me to pay them for Rs. 12.5 crores for their losses. My lawyers are backing out and now the whole case is one-sided.

I had even confided in my then colleague Saumya Tandon about the whole harassment and had requested her not to tell anybody about it. But she went ahead and toldBenaifer, who in turnshoutedat me stating that it will not take her more than 2 minutes to fire me.

I tried approaching the channel too, but was stopped time and again. I kept quite at that time because of my family. But things did not stop and I had to put my foot down someday.

I don't want to take any revenge. This is not a film. Benaifer did say sorry, but atleast mean it if you are saying sorry.

I am willing to do an 'out of court' settlement if they are apologetic.
