Ayan Mukerji presented a spectacle of Astraverse for us on 9th September 2022. Brahmastra Part One: Shiva starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and others, ranked as the number one Hindi movie worldwide with a collection of 425 Cr. at the worldwide box office in just 25 days of its release. Since then, fans eagerly anticipated knowing when part two would release.

And to everyone's surprise, today, Ayan Mukerji took to his social media account and announced the release date of parts two and three.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Ayan shared, "Brahmastra Part Two: Deva December 2026...Brahmastra Part Three December 2027."

In a lengthy note, the filmmaker wrote, "Hi, The Time has come - for some updates on the Brahmāstra Trilogy, the Astraverse, and my Life! After absorbing all the love and the feedback on Part One... I have been focused on creating the Vision for Part Two and Part Three - which I now know will be bigger and more ambitious than Part One! I have learnt that we need a little more time to perfect the script of Brahmästra Two and Three! And... I have decided that we are going to make the two films... Together!"

Ayan revealed that he has another interesting news to share, " Allowing them to also release closer together! I have a timeline in place to achieve this, which I am sharing with you all today! I also have another piece of news to share... The Universe has presented me with a very special opportunity recently - a very special movie - to step into and direct! What the movie is... More on that when the time is right :) An opportunity that challenges me and terribly excites me... one where I will learn, be inspired and where I will grow!"

He concluded the note by saying, "So, I have decided to take it up! Opening myself up to all the positive energies in this universe so I can do my best and contribute to that one thing that matters most to me - Indian Cinema! Love and Light, Ayan."

So happy Ayan took in the feedback about the script and will work on it. I loved the vision of Brahmastra. It was a visual spectacle and a huge leap for Indian cinema in terms of VFX.

Would love it if the script and dialogues are also good next time ❤️ I can’t wait for more movies on Indian mythology, especially on epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata

@SakZ I would love to say that to Ayan’s face and tell him how horrible of a director he is and how horrible his movie is and I would also like to tell him to make a good original movie next time instead of plagiarizing from Hollywood so that he doesn’t embarrass himself again.

I am well aware that a lot of south Indian movies are plagiarized from international movies but that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about Bollywood and its lack of creativity. You’re just resorting to a tu quoque fallacy by shifting the focus to south Indian movies because you have no ground to stand on. Just so you know I’m not a fan of south Indian movies either because of their unrealistic action and ridiculous acting.

My main point is Bollywood’s lack of creativity and most importantly their adamant nature which prevents them from improving. There’s a reason why Bollywood movies are failing miserably but they keep making the same garbage every year because shameless clowns like you support these garbage movies.

You can’t even differentiate between hate and speaking the truth so the joke is on you. Pathetic Indians never cease to embarrass themseleves.

@SakZ So speaking the truth is hate
now? Since when is plagiarism considered doing something different? For all I know, 95% of the Bollywood films are plagiarized from Hollywood and south Indian industries. So how is it different?

Both of these will be massive disasters like Part One. Bollywood is a joke.
