Ashi Singh calls out Mahira Khan's Indian war and hate rhetoric; says, 'Spare us the lecture'

While Bollywood has been quiet, especially the top stars, the Indian TV industry has backed our Armed Forces in this fight with Pakistan. Ashi Singh who got some flak for her post on peace few days back, has now slammed Mahira Khan in her Instagram post. She has written that she feels grateful to be born in a land where her choices are not dictated by political forces. She said she is free to condemn violence anywhere even if it is in her homeland. Mahira Khan said that India has carried on its war and hate rhetoric for a long time. She said she has experienced it first-hand. Mahira Khan worked with Shah Rukh Khan in Raees and got a lot of love from fans.

Ashi Singh has blasted her saying, "Coming from a country that hosted Osama in its backyard, trained terrorists in camps and cried innocent after 26/11, Kargil and Pulwama - that's rich. Spare us the lecture and ask some sensible questions to your nation (where you "CAN" have a voice). India doesn't celebrate war - we respond when provoked Jai Hind.
