Anurag Kashyap accuses Big B?

The delay of a certain film titled Chittagong upset Anurag Kashyap more than anyone else.

This movie was made somewhere along the lines of recently released Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey which stars Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan as the leads. According to Kashyap, the formermovie had to be delayed owing just one call from Amithab Bachchan; who apparently talked the rival contenders out of releasing their project before or alongside his son's, reasoning that KHJJS had much better actors and its cost was also high.

Tsk! Not done, Big B!
Even though Anurag is in no way involved or linked with the movie Chittagong, he was quite upset that the producers would let Amitabh delay their movie just so that Big B's son would be a success without competition. (And perhaps a trading cost, we wonder?)
Obviously, Anurag's voicing of this particular dissent did not sit well with Sr. Bachchan who has expressed his own belief in where Anurag stands incorrect. Summarily disposing the controversy, he stated that there was no point discussing this matter further.

Perhaps not, for Mr. Bachchan. One can't help but think nonetheless, that Anurag sure has a point. What were the lesser movie makers thinking delaying their project?!
