Anil Kapoor pens a heartfelt anniversary wish for wifey: '41 years of marriage, 52 years of togetherness…'

Anil Kapoor marked his 41st wedding anniversary with a heartfelt post dedicated to his wife, Sunita Kapoor, on Monday. The couple, married since 1984, has shared a journey filled with love and support.

The post included a series of photos, starting with a picture of a young Anil and Sunita with Nirmal Kapoor, Anil's late mother. Another photo showed Sunita with her mother-in-law. The Kapoor family, including Arjun Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, and Boney Kapoor, was also featured. Anil acknowledged Sunita's role as a wife and daughter-in-law, saying, "You were there for Mum in ways I never could be — caring for her, standing by her, and loving her like your own." He also shared his grief over his mother Nirmal Kapoor's passing earlier this month. He added, "I only wish she were here today to wish us on our 41st anniversary… I know she is so proud of us, of the life we built together."

Anil Kapoor concluded by expressing his love for Sunita Kapoor, calling her a "friend, wife and soulmate." He wrote, "Here’s to our journey so far and all the beautiful years still to come. I love you endlessly, Sonu. Happy anniversary, my love."
