Anees Bazmee to join hands with Shahid Kapoor for the first time for a comedy entertainer - Report

Anees Bazmee is soaring high on success following Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, as the entire generation of young performers has expressed interest in working with the director. The director, who is best known for comedies like No Entry, Welcome, Singh Is King, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, has been in talks with a number of top actors for his upcoming film for the past six months. And now as per reports, it has been learned that Anees will work with Shahid Kapoor on a high-profile comedic entertainer in 2023, marking their first time working together.

A partnership between Anees and Shahid was always going to happen. Shahid is thrilled to be stepping into the Anees Bazmee film universe since it is a true commercial comedy entertainment. According to reports, the picture in question will be Bazmee's next project immediately and begin production in the first quarter of 2023. It also stated that Anees is interested in exploring Shahid's comedic side.

In addition to the Shahid Kapoor-starring movie, which will be Anees' next project, the director has also committed to making another movie with an A-Lister, which will begin production at the end of next year.

After the production of the two films is complete, he will decide on the next move. Shahid, on the other hand, will finish Dinesh Vijan's as-yet-untitled love story and the remake of Mumbai Police before moving on to the Anees Bazmee film.  

Additionally, a discussion of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is also happening. "The Kartik Aaryan and Anees combo is in demand after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2." While Anees and Kartik will reunite, he is unsure whether it would happen in Hera Pheri 3 or Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. But he'll only be in charge of one of the two franchise movies.
