Perhaps, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has taken the quote very seriously and has come forward and taken one of the most prominent steps towards change and humanity.
Recently, the actor was reportedly asked about his will and to everyone's surprise, he revealed that his property will be equally divided between both his children, daughter Shweta Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan.
The 76-year-old actor has hinted that he doesn't discriminate on the basis of gender. The recent revelation made by Amitabh has caught the fans' attention across India. Being an ambassador for Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaign, the superstar has inspired all of India to support the cause. He has also been an advocate of saving girl child and educating them.
The actor has often shared his fondness towards his children and with the massive success and fortune, he has salvaged from his hard-work, he is now ready to divide it equally.
