At Manoj Kumar’s funeral on Saturday, a touching moment caught everyone’s attention. As Amitabh Bachchan arrived at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Juhu, his eyes immediately searched for his old friend and collaborator Salim Khan. The moment Salim spotted Amitabh, his face lit up with joy. Amitabh quickly walked towards him and they shared a warm handshake. But that was not all—Salim called him again, and the two shared a short but emotional conversation before hugging each other. It was a rare and heartfelt reunion of two legends who worked together during Bollywood’s golden era.
Abhishek Bachchan, who accompanied his father, also greeted Salim Khan with a respectful hug. Both father and son wore simple white kurta-pyjamas with black jackets, in line with the sombre mood of the event.
