Allu Arjun Arrest: Vivek Oberoi writes thoughtful note for Pushpa 2 star; says, 'Bunny we know and love you'

Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun was arrested and granted bail within a span of five hours. Today, he was picked up by the Hyderabad cops from his residence in Banjara Hills. Allu Arjun was taken to the Chikadapally Police Station, and later to the Gandhi Hospital for routine medical examination. He was taken to the Chanchalgudda Jail but got bail from Telangana High Court. He was back in five hours. He got interim bail for four weeks. Pushpa 2 has made over Rs 700 crores at the global box office so far. It has upstaged Kalki 2898 AD as the biggest hit of 2024 from South India.

Vivek Oberoi supports Allu Arjun in the matter

Vivek Oberoi said he has fully understanding with the family of the deceased but feels blaming Allu Arjun is wrong. He said that celebrities are soft targets while politicians escape unscathed even in case of disasters. He also said that Allu Arjun is a thorough gentleman to whosoever knows him personally. Vivek Oberoi has done some work in Telugu films. Though they have not worked in any film together they’re close friends. Even Nani and Varun Dhawan came forth to support Allu Arjun.

Varun Dhawan said the whole incident was tragic and the failure was on part of many. Allu Arjun has been given a clean chit by Bhaskar the husband of the deceased woman in the Sandhya Theatre Stampede. He said that he does not hold the superstar accountable for the same. Their son is now recovering in a hospital. Allu Arjun has given Rs 25 lakhs to the family.
