ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW about Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani's next

Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani will come together for Mohit Suri directorial...

Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani have been roped in for Mohit Suri's next. The Aashiqui 2 filmmaker had been planning this film for the longest time. Initially, it was supposed to roll out with Sidharth Malhotra and Kriti Sanon. But both of them avoided the project and Kriti picked Housefull 4 over this one. The film had been put on the back burner only to be revived now.

The setting will be dark and gritty, says our insider placed well in the production house. "Aditya and Disha will play lovers but it is a story about four people - another guy and a villain. They are roping in Sunny Singh for the other guy's role and also looking at casting another big face for the antagonist's part. That will be essayed by an older hero. Mohit has based the whole backdrop in Goa as his films is a dark retelling of the drug mafia that exists there. Goa is known to be prone to drug abuse and how the characters get embroiled in one mishap after the other, is what the plot is all about"

From what we hear, unlike her other projects (Dhoni biopic, Baaghi 3 and now Bharat), Disha will have a prominent role in this one for sure. She's the only leading girl in the entire film and she will play a dancer and will also do a lot of action stunts all by herself."

Mohit plans to go on floors around mid-2019 after Adi wraps up Anurag Basu's next film.
