All that's a rumor, Mahira Khan not replaced in Raees!

There were many reports in media that Pakistani actress Mahira Khan would be replaced in Shah Rukh Khan's next release Raees. Putting an end to all the rumors, a new in popular daily has stated the actress won't be replaced from the film.

A source was quoted saying that, "The team isn't looking for a replacement to Mahira. It just isn't co-efficient. The film's producer Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and SRK and director Rahul Dholakia are hoping that by the time Raees releases, things will cool down. They will shoot her remaining portions mid-November at a secrect location in Abu Dhabi". (sic)

Mahira has been retained as there were certain reasons it to. Talking about the same the source shared, "She shot for 20 days at various locations. Also she plays a young girl of 18 who matures to 35 years and it will be impossible to find a top B-town actress of such a calibre and dates to coordinate with SRK. To re-shoot these scenes again might be a nightmare. Hence, Mahira remains in Raees". (sic)

The actress had even poured her heart out on the Uri attacks. She is now all set to mark her debut with Shah Rukh in Raees.
