Alia Bhatt V/S Shraddha Kapoor: Is Fortune Playing a Game with the Two Actresses?

The fact that Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor have been contemporaries for years now is a known fact.

Whether it is being considered for similar projects or their neck to neck social media following, they have been pitted against each other many times now. 

What’s also very strange is how fortune takes its turns with both these actresses.

Both have delivered some great performances and their movies have been in 100 cr clubs but when one is on a high with her movies, it’s the opposite for the other. 

Just like the current scenario with the two of their career graph. While Shraddha Kapoor has hit the jackpot with back to back successes, Saaho and Chhichhore, things are looking slightly down for Alia Bhatt. 

Her last film Kalank flopped at the box office and one of her upcoming films, Inshallah, which was supposed to be massive alongside Salman Khan, has stalled. 

Shraddha Kapoor has risen high with both her recent films Saaho and Chhichhore from the phase of Rock On 2 and Batti Gul Meter Chaalu, when Alia was on a high. Stree was a saviour for Shraddha. 

In terms of their upcoming films, both have an interesting next release. Shraddha will be seen in Street Dancer 3 with Varun Dhawan and Alia has Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor.
