Shraddha Kapoor topples Alia Bhatt, Kiara Advani to bag THIS huge amount as fees for Ekta Kapoor's film?

Stree 2 was a mammoth success at the box office, establishing Shraddha Kapoor as a huge draw with the masses. She took a long time to sign a new film. Shraddha Kapoor has been getting Pan-India offers but only wants to pick up substantial roles. She has signed Ekta Kapoor’s thriller which is going to be headlined by her. She is the main protagonist. The director of the same is Rahi Anil Barve. He is known for his fantastic work in Tumbbad. Rahi Anil Barve has been signed on by Raj and DK for Rakht Brahmand on Netflix.

It seems Shraddha Kapoor is pocketing a huge fee for this film. After the mega success of Stree 2, it is obvious that producers would be willing to shell out the big bucks for her. This film will go on floors by September 2025. A trade expert told Bollywood Hungama that Shraddha Kapoor is getting Rs 17 crores for this film.

"This is among the highest upfront fees received by Shraddha Kapoor, as also one of the highest pay cheques in today's time for a female lead in Hindi. Ekta Kapoor was more than happy to splurge Rs. 17 crore to sign Shraddha, as the Rahi Anil Barve film will be Shraddha's follow-up to the highest-grossing film of Hindi Cinema - Stree 2”
