Alia Bhatt has embraced motherhood gracefully after giving birth to her daughter Raha Kapoor. While slowly returning to work, she recently shot for a small portion of 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' in Kashmir. Alia is trying her best to balance her professional commitments and motherhood but admits to feeling anxious about it due to societal pressures on women to excel at both. She feels new mothers must get the time they need to adjust and for organizations to grant them that time rather than writing them off.

Alia is critical of herself and wonders if people think she's managing well or just saying it to soothe her. She works on her mental health and attends weekly therapy to voice her fears. Alia believes motherhood is an ever-evolving process with no set answers.

She also shared that Raha is a happy, peaceful baby, and both Alia and Ranbir cherish their time with her as they know she's growing up fast. Alia's next film 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' is set to release soon, and Raha is now a little over five months old.

The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress shared that her daughter Raha Kapoor is generally a happy and peaceful baby. However, there are days when she's not in the best mood, which is normal. Alia emphasized that it's okay for babies to have bad days and for mothers to have bad days as well. She and Ranbir Kapoor prioritize spending time with Raha, as they know she is growing up quickly and won't want to sit in her mother's lap forever.

Talking on the work front, Alia will be next in 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' alongside her Gully Boy co-star Ranveer Singh.
