Alia Bhatt Is A Desi Patakka In This Sabyasachi Gharara

How punjabi suits are to the traditional Indian sartorial world, ghararas are to the Muslim fashion savvies. This effervescent ensemble style is making a big appearance among all the Bollywood divas, the most recent being Alia Bhatt.

Earlier today, for a film festival in Kolkata, Alia was dressed, head-to-toe in Indian finery. She wore a maroon velvet gharara from fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee's collection and amplified it with long gold earrings from Curio Cottage.

Alia kept her look neat by keeping her hair tightly tied behind in a pony tail and kept her makeup dewy and clean with just a hint of maroon tint on her lips.
