The coronavirus pandemic has wrecked havoc in the lives of people. The horrifying virus has brought the world to a standstill and many nations are trying their best to combat this virus. While the Indian government has taken up strict measures to battle the deadly virus, everyone is working hard to avoid transmission of the novel coronavirus by keeping their surroundings clean and maintain social distance.
In an interview, Mahesh Bhatt talked about her visit and said that she lives a short distance away from them and stopped by to see them.
However, this has sparked questions about her safety measures.
In an interaction with Mumbai Mirror, Mahesh clarified that his daughter made sure to keep her distance and arm herself with protective gear including a mask and gloves. Mahesh also admitted that he and Soni shared a fleeting moment of pride on seeing Alia keeping their safety in mind during her visit.
We met a few days ago—she lives a few buildings away and it’s a protected space. So, she just walked across with a mask and gloves on and sat at a distance so she wouldn’t endanger her parents. It warms the heart to see her fulfill the social role of a responsible young child and to see your children teach you what you taught them in their childhood.- Mahesh Bhatt
Currently, Alia Bhatt has been staying with beau Ranbir Kapoor amid the lockdown. The couple was spotted strolling around their building compound last month.
Meanwhile, Alia and sister Shaheen’s Instagram feeds have given rise to speculation that the two sisters are living together amidst the lockdown. However, mommy Soni couldn’t confirm because she too didn’t know what her two girls have been up to.
