After Sonakshi Sinha schools Mukesh Khanna on Instagram, dad Shatrughan says, 'Do not test patience...'

After Sonakshi Sinha’s angry Instagram note to Mukesh Khanna on how he has again been in the news at the expense of her family and her, dad Shatrughan Sinha has reacted on the matter. He told Times Now that he was a patient man but that did not allow people to insult his family casually on any platform. Mukesh Khanna who had gone on Siddharth Kannan’s show said that it was the fault of Sonakshi Sinha’s father Shatrughan that his daughter was not well-versed in the Ramayana. Shatrughan Sinha told Times Now, “You can say ‘hit home’ again. Mere ghar walon par, mere parivaar ke oopar koi ungli uthayega toh main bardasht nahin karunga. Don’t test the patience of a patient man.”

Sonakshi Sinha in her note said that there were two other women who also did not know the answer to the same question but no one remembers them. She said she had a brain freeze and forgot the answer. Slamming Khanna, she said that he does not seem to live by the principles of Lord Rama. She stated that she does not need to apologize for her mistake on Kaun Banega Crorepati but people have taken things too far. Shatrughan Sinha said such incidents dampened his mood after a wonderful 2024. He said his wife Poonam and he are in ‘bliss’ after seeing how much Zaheer Iqbal loves their daughter. He said as a father it is a huge thing to know that his daughter is with someone she loves. Sinha stated, “I hope Sonakshi’s marriage will be forever, just like her parent’s marriage. Poonam and I have been happily married for forty-five years.”

Shatrughan Sinha said he is in no mood to indulge such individuals who just want to create a ruckus. He said his family or he do not need to prove anything to anyone. Later, Mukesh Khanna said his intention was not to malign Shatrughan Sinha or Sonakshi but he said he gave it as a big example. He opined that he feels that responsibility of keeping our Indian heritage alive should rest with parents of Gen-Z kids.
