Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjana Sanghi's 'Om: The Battle Within' slated for July 1 release

Aditya Roy Kapur is gearing up for an absolute action packed entertainer with Om: The Battle Within. Directed by Kapil Verma, the movie will see the actor opposite Sanjana Sanghi, marking yet another first as for the on-screen pairings are concerned. And now, the official release date of the film is out.

Making the announcement, Aditya as well as the makers dropped a new poster with Aditya Roy Kapur. The poster sees aditya flaunting his absolute chiseled avatar while holding onto a heavy machine gun with a rather intense look.

Aditya wrote, while sharing the poster: OM! Set to explode on cinema screens worldwide on 1st July 2022.

Meanwhile, the film was first announced in December 2020 and now, it is finally gearing up for the big screen release this year.

For the movie, Aditya acquired training in Kung fu, Tai Chi and handling assault weapons for four months. In addition to that, Producer Khan had also booked a dance rehearsal hall in Bandra where Aditya would train for two hours everyday with his three instructors- two of whom would train him in martial arts and one for cardio and stretches. The team also hired a chef for the star of the film so that he achieves the desired body for his character.
