Bhakharwadi revolves around two families who are poles apart as far as their ideologies is concerned. The fusion of the two families, A Maharashtrian and a Gujarati family who have to deal with each other's different cultural values and traditions.
One family owns a Bhakharwadi shop and believes in the traditional cultures whereas the other believes in the ideology of moving forward with time. Apart from the difference in ideologies, the two share a competitive bond in business as well.
