Armanon ka Balidaan-Aarakshan is a love story between Sumedha, whose family lost a son to the agitation against reservation legislation for jobs and Aakash, who has benefitted from it to become a District Magistrate. As the bond between the two blossoms, Aakash has to constantly battle the fact that he is a beneficiary of the quota system.
