Each Mod have separate ways of tackling the situation so it would be unfair to say things about them!!
And Most of us are More then Happy with Moddish...........!!

We need a mod who reprimands each member for what they have done individually and not what a group does... We don't need Sarah or RB or Sweta, if our current mods can look at things on individual levels. But since that wasn't done, we demand more mods and better mods. Period!!!

p.s. This is what is called constructive criticism and not bashing, so the mods better not send out another bunch of "Friendly Reminders" or "Close this thread" or "Edit" their posts to add more clauses on what are we allowed to say n what not.

No dear. I am reading each and everyone's post here. And like I told you yes I don't mind criticism and this is exactly what criticism is and I am definitely trying to improve based on replies from some of you.
