These are important vitamins, D for regulating absorption & helping in better functioning of immunity system ( esp these days) your back problem too will improve once you compensate properly Vit D3..cramps , tingling sensation, energy levels, appetite problems,some physical inconveniences can be because of this,increase milk,milk product intake whole grain,nuts ,soya, eggs,fortified cereal..please don't be casual about your health,at later stage in life these little care will keep us healthy and self-reliant.
If you travel to mom's place, your physical presence will be comforting to them & content you too 😊
