Rice varieties....I don't know the actual source, coz we have got supplies from neighbouring states as well.

Apart from Raw rice and brown rice, the names are Surekha, Jaya ... regional varieties I suppose. The former takes less time to cook compared to the latter.

LOL there is this one called Doppi , used for idli/dosa batter. The name cracks me up everytime Maa asks me to buy it😆🤣
