I'm not positive but thinking the day she left KM after her half wedding she was devastated by what he did to her family she left him. He tried to stop her from leaving but she wouldn't stay he asked her why she was still wearing his wedding bracelets she gave them back to him . In anger he squeezed them so hard one broke and a drop of his blood fell on her mong as she walked out .

I don't know if Shaurya is holding back or not.

Maybe now he has got Kanta hugging him he is quite confused! 😆
