Here goes the fifth and the final shot. I wanted to give even longer than this but that would have taken a lot of time and since Ramadan is starting won't get much time so I'm just updating with whatever I was able to type in these day. Enjoy !
SHOT - 5
Shaurya was sitting in his cabin engrossed in some files sipping his black coffee. Since yesterday he was feeling normal. There was something strange that he felt after some many years." Shaurya. Stop being an idiot. She is not here. Consider on your work." Shaurya chided him a bit and continued back when he received a call. Shaurya picked up the call without seeing the caller name.
"Papa. Please come fast. I'm not feeling well and Mumma has gone to Nani's house." Anya said in a dull voice and winked at Mahek.
"Relax baby. Papa is on his way okay." Shaurya said getting out of his cabin.
"Sir you have meeting in half an hour." Riya said getting up from her chair when she saw Shaurya going out.
"Cancel it Riya. Anya is more important to me." Shaurya said without looking back and went out.
'Ting tong'
Awara rushes to open the door. "Where's Anya? She's fine na? Did you call the Doctor?" Shaurya said worried about Anya.
Before awara could say anything he rushed to her room. There he saw Anya lying on the bed holding her Teddy. There was a bandage on her leg. "Sweetheart. What happened?" Shaurya said with little tears in his eyes.
"Papa. I just fell when Mumma was away to Nani's home." Anya said smiling.
Shaurya just put his hand softly on her leg and a drop of tear falls from him eyes. Anya notices that and tries to crack some joke."Oh come on Papa. It's me who's hurt not you. Stop crying and have pasta I told Awara uncle to make for us."
Shaurya smiles looking at Anya and nods his head. After some time Awara enters the room with two bowls of Pasta.
Anya takes one bite and her face gleams. "Wow Uncle. Since when you started making such awesome Pasta."
"Oh baby." Awara blushes away.
Looking at Anya praising Awara Shaurya too tasted the pasta. He felt strange, the same strangeness he was feeling since morning. "Who made this Awara?" Shaurya asked.
"Sir...ac-actually. Vo. She." Awara stammered and couldn't complete what he wanted to.
"I made it Shuarya." Mahek said standing at the door.
Shuarya looked at her in disbelief. He couldn't believe that it was her right in front of his eyes. He got up and ran towards her and pulled her in a tight hug. Both had tears in their eyes. They wanted to speak but the onrush of the emotions left both of them speechless. "You know how much I missed you." Shuarya managed to whisper.
"I'm sorry Shaurya. I know you love me. I love you too. But. I just can't get married to you. Not at least till I get what I desire. I'm going. To my dreams. Hopefully you'll understand me and will not try to search me. I won't tell you to wait for me. You deserve all the love in life. I need to tell the world what I inherited from my Mom...Mahek."
The letter that Mahek left behind came in front of Shaurya's eyes. He left Mahek abruptly. Mahek couldn't understand what happened to him.
"Go away Mahek. Like you went that day." Shaurya said turning his face and wiping his tears. His eyes were red to due to anger.
"Shaurya just listen to me once. Please." Mahek said in a pleading tone.
"I don't wanna listen to anything Mahek. Just leave." Shaurya said distancing him a little.
"I did it for my dead Mom Shaurya. It was my Mom's last wish. How could I not give her that. You remember during India's Super Cook competition I ran to Agra just to not eliminate from the show against my family's wish it was the first step towards my Mom's dream. Then you happened in my life and I forgot about my soul dream. It was going all good until you ditched me at the altar. I even loved you after that but that day when I was mere possession to you and Kanta Chachi, you both wanted to claim me I decided to go. For my Mom at least. Was I wrong Shaurya. Was I wrong." And Mahek fell on her knees.
Shaurya sat beside her and looked at her.
"Did you achieve what Mom wanted you too?" Shaurya said smiling.
"Yeah. I'm the owner and the head Chef at five top restaurants in Amsterdam. I have a restaurant in Paris too." Mahek said wiping her tears.
Both laughed together while still sitting on the ground.
"You have changed Mahek. You look more beautiful now. But you didn't lose your innocence at all. And that irresistible smile of yours. I love you so much Mahek. I missed you so much." Shaurya said grabbing Mahek in another bear hug.
"Even you are the same Handsome Shaurya." Mahek said while placing a peck on his checks.
"Thank you so much for this surprise." Shaurya said still holding Mahek and not wishing to let go of her for a second.
"Arre koi mujhe to thank you bolo. Itni awesome acting karke Papa ko bulaya maine. (Oh anyone say thank you to me. I did such an awesome acting and called Papa home.)" Anya said putting her hands on her waist.
"Hawww. It was acting. Papa was so worried for you. Huh." Shaurya said pouting.
Mahek and Anya looked at each other and gave him a tight hug together.
"Awara come here please. Pick up these stuffs. I'm so tired." Karuna's voice came from the main door.
"Lemme surprise Maa." Mahek said getting up.
Karuna was sitting on the sofa waiting for Awara to come. Mahek cane from behind and closed her eyes. She felt a familiar touch. "Mahek. Tu hai kya beta? (Mahek is this you my child?)" Karuna said holding the hands that closed her eyes.
"How did you know Maa." Mahek said smiling and coming in front to sit beside her.
"Ek Maa ko uske bacche ka sparsh hamesha yaad rehta hai. (A Mom always remembers the touch of her child.)" Karuna said putting her hand on Mahek's head.
"How are you bacche." Karuna said with happy tears.
"Maa aapki bahu aaj sabko rula ke hi manegi.( Mom your Daughter-in-law will make everyone cry today." Shaurya said with a cheeky smile.
"Shut up Shaurya. Ye kitne saal baad aai hai aur teko mazak sujh raha. ( she has come after so long and you're cracking jokes." Karuna said
"Maa." Saying so Mahek hugged Karuna.
"Ab jaldi se aa jao yahan meri bahu banke.( now come here fast as my Daughter in law). I can't let you go this time." Karuna said still holding Mahek and Mahek blushed.
