Cute it was. The thing I liked about this soap is that they didn't treat virginity as neither virtue nor a flaw. It's just a choice someone makes, whether to have sex before or after marriage. Both the sister and closest friend of the female lead are more sexually expressive, while Mahek is neither informed neither expressive when it comes to sexuality because of how she was raised with extra caution. Then there are gold diggers like svetlana and shruti, who use sex for their selfish gains.

But you are right about Mehak and other female leads. Then again, going back to an earlier discussion, indian telly is not ready for FLs like Sonal or Nehal coz they are not the goody goody gals. Mehak is the stereotypical innocent 'good' 'sanskari' girl.
