Does Shaurya ever cook?

I am very curious to know one thing...does Shaurya ever cook? Since the central theme of this show is cooking, and Shaurya is shown as a hotelier, food critic and a judge for cookery shows, I am assuming that he is a good cook too. He seems to be having good knowledge of the industry and the techniques involved. He's appreciative of good food too. So, why aren't the CVs showing him cooking at least once in a while?

I understand that he has plenty of naukar/chakars/cooks etc to do this job but isn't cooking a passion? I know that everyone in this field despite being very popular and big celebrities always do some cooking even if not on a regular basis .

Not necessarily, there those who prefer to taste than to cook. Food connoisseurs, prefer to eat and try new foods rather than try new recipes. People who love to cook adore watching others enjoy their food more than they do. Shaurya might know how to cook but he doesn't have the time, he has to run an empire, battle the conniving Aunt, fight off Shruti, giving money to a wastrel cousin, insulting a drunken father, looking after his diabetic Nani and supporting his mother.

Precisely my point...I want to know if Shaurya cooks or only bitches about others cooking

I am aware that it is not necessary for food critics to be good cooks, it has not come out of the story till date ...I would prefer if the CVs bring that out , how he landed into this profession
