After the meeting finished, Ali warned Sinan he cant take decisions of the Hospital by himself. So is Ali said Sinan.

By that night Eylul learned the truth why ZN transfered the shares and assumed Ali knows this all along. she got furious and tried to leave, where AlEy fight . I wish a kiss that was intense but I have no hopes in KA of such scenes.
AlEy Drove to some house where they spend some time( Iassume its Ali's house) , where they kissed finally a proper kiss , coz Eylul wasn't into it last time with 100%. I assume its the same night they fought as the house scenes were shot during night.
They both discussed when to get married as both are eager and cant wait anymore😆
The next day morning they both went to Hospital and after some time , she got a call from Mehmet out side HBH.
Mean while at the Hospital , they got few patients .
Oguz & Ipek who dedicated their life for the patients of ACIL and Hospital busy in their duties. finally Oguz realises his battle for Eylul finished so need to find anothe lady of love . who else better than a match of his previous love , obvious another Erdem . so he got impatient to kiss her even before she kisses someone else.

Nesrin was threatend by Ibrahim when Nesrin spoke the truth , which Ipek listens by accident.
Nesrin realises Ipek knows the truth and runs after her but couldn't.
Then they show poor Vedat in the cell thinking who can do such thing to Nesrin and the reason for it. what she hiding from him all these years.
Eylul & Mehmet spend some time in the park having lunch , then Eylul got a call from Ipek from Home .
some one hit her head while she talking to Eylul and she falls on the floor . Obvious its Ibrahim who did it.
As the call was abruptly ended , Eylul was suspicious and asks Mehemt to drive to her Baba;s house.
while they are on their way, Nesrin lover buries Ipek live in a chest thinking she was dead .
While all these things happening, some where else ,Ali too busy with Fatih , whose neighbour kids were trapped in a tank or a bunker thing. Ali as usual at rescue.
The kids were brought to HBH and ALi and his team got busy while Eylul was giving some moral suport to parent of kid.
The last scene I would expect is Eylul sis was missing and Police infroms her to come to Baba's house, whre they dig out Ipek who was unconscious and take her to HBH. Then Police will tell who did it. Its none other than Ibrahim.
It rings a bell , Eylul remembers the lover of Nesrin.
For the first time the closing shot wont be on AlEy, its on Nesrin, Vedat, Ipek and Eylul
