Hi All 😃

I did find this New series of Turkish Drama "Kalp Atisi" (Heart Beat)(Adaptation of Korean Drama "Doctors") very interesting as the female lead is one of strongest I have ever seen after Kashaf and Fatmagul, now its Eylul (Oyku Karayel) & Dr. Ali Asaf (Gokhan Alkan). Fell in Love with both leads after watching the first Trailor on Youtube. The chemistry between the leads is amazing after Engin & Beren.(for me)

This series stated on 30th June as its first episode aired on TV and its a once a week episode on every friday from 20.00pm (Turkish time). you can also watch it live online on the channel "showtv.com.tr " after few minutes of the Episode live telecast on TV.(May be its takes a while for uploading)

Currently, its on NUmber 1 and 2 places of the Turkish TV ratings and I think its worth watching so Im sharing the links of the episodes with English subtitles if you are interested in it. Not only Oyku, you will fell in love with Gokhan Alkan too , as he is doing fab job in this series.(for the first time Im watching him and im reall impressed with his acting skills after Engin. Engin also mentioned" Gokhan Alkan as the newcomer doing great job" in one of his interviews , long back that's why this series caught my attention)

Youtube doesnt' have episodes with English subtitles but Tukishsubs.com has 5 episodes that telecasted so far. But careful with pages that automatically opens up when you click the "Play" button of each video.

Youtube has all the trailors and episodes of this series . You just try these trailors before giving ur time for these episodes.

Or You better try the FB page that gives the trailors with translations to know this series better.

The Korean version has season 1 with 20 episodes ,each episode of 1hour only where as the Turkish version Kalp Atisi's lasts for nearly 2 hours. so it wont be like long seasons like Fatmagul , KPA & KG.

So it will be finished by end of September , as I expect.(may be its sooner than that )

Count me in for watching it. My pilot with episode 1 began last night.

Gokhan is Turkey's answer to Keanu Reeves!!!!*no complaints*

I would have liked a change in hair style for Eylul to show her growing up...say like pixie for teenagers rebel n then the paisa vasool layered cut.

I plan on watching it as soon as I get over with a couple of my exams, Oyku looks really pretty in whatever I've seen of the show. Also it is a remake of Doctor Crush which I enjoyed watching so I think I'll give this one a try.

@Dummycim- I agree with the hair part, they could've given Oyku a change of haircut, like some bangs or something to show a variation in age from High School to being a successful doctor. I clearly remember Park Shin Hye, the girl from DC, had a very girly kiddish haircut in the FB sequences while the adult doctor had a different hairstyle as well as hair color (or maybe its been too long since I watched it 😆)

I am watching it, all the five episodes. So far so good. I like the female lead more as of now and the girl has been able to show her transition from a fierce rebel girl to talented mature doctor quite easily and her character too is quite a strong one. A feel good type of show. That is how they say summer shows are in Turkey but liking it so far.

Oyku would've looked damn pretty with bangs, I can say that undoubtedly. She already looks so gorgeous as doctor. :D

I've watched only a couple of scenes because I couldn't find subs, but now that the links have been shared by TM, I'm gonna give it a try.

I could feel good chemistry between Gokhan-Oyku since the trailers itself. 😳

I did find its like "Copy & Paste " kinda series in most scenes and Diologues so far.

Not much difference except actors, but with a bit more of entertaining than the Korean one.
