i loved this play so much
i remember when last year it was airing in pakistan i discussed in khoobsurat thread fawad's thread 😆
and many other places
i like Hamza so very much he was brilliant in this character
and the other reason to like this play is the writer KHALIL UR REHMAN QAMAR
the dialogues r amazing
this is a play in which u like character a lot and actually the casting is so accurate
from Afzal to farah
lubna even mehtab was perfectly selected for the role 😆
and in coming episodes u will see one more character which i m sure u 'll enjoy watching

well somedays back i read an interview of the writer of the play and about casting of pyare afzal he said that:
i wanted Humayun Saeed to play the role of Afzal but he Humayun and the director selected Hamza and said tha he perfect for this we fought a lot and the decided lets somebody else decide on this and then i gave the script to Saba Hameed(Afzal's Mother) and asked her to give her opinion. After reading a couple of episodes she said that if u dont mind i give u my opinion? i said yes and she said i think Hamza is the best for this role. so thats how he was selected and i told Hamza you are not my choice. But he performed really well and became so popular.


After reading it i was thinking as a producer Humayun knows very well that what is importance of good looking and popular hero 😆
as bcoz of waar and MHSA he was already popular but Pyare Afzal increased his popularity by ten folds

Okay so finally caught up with the last 2 episodes aired. And wow! so much has changed in these 2!

Afzal has left Hyderabad, In Karachi, he met a guy who told him that just like Afzal himself, he is also not a good guy. and now Afzal is staying at his place.

We also saw Afzal's encounter with a girl in the train, who later turns out to be the landloard of Afzal's new friend.

These two characters - Yasmeen and Babu Hameed - are two very vital characters in this play. And I'm so happy for their entry as I love them both!❤️

Farah has started showing signs of that mind-boggling denial I mentioned a few posts ago. Being the immature person she is, she has overnight changed her plan from going to London for MPhil to going to Karachi instead!😲

She does accept that Afzal's leaving made her realize one shouldn't leave their parents, and she feels bad for moulvi sahab and his wife. But we all know why she picked Karachi. Even her father knows she is very immature and doesn't trust her with her decisions anymore. Therefore, it didn't come as a surprise that he denied her wish of going to Karachi for further studies.

However, it is important to mention here that when Farah claims she is not in love with Afzal, but actually just feels bad for what happened to him and his parents, she actually means it. She is not lying. This is the denial I was talking about. She is not vicious. She just can't believe that she can fall in love with a guy like Afzal. That's why when Lubna asks her if she is in love with Afzal, she has no qualms about swearing on Lubna's head that she isn't. She would never do this if she'd realized she was actually lying.

And coming to Yasmeen - how many of you LOVED her interaction with Afzal in the morning?😆It's one of my most favorite scenes in the drama!

Yasmeen: Tum to wuhi ho na?

Afzal: Hum pehlay mil chukay hain kya?

Yasmeen: Pehlay mil chukay matlab? Mein mulaqatein karti hun tumse??

Afzal: Aap khud jayengi ya mein haath pakar ke nikaaloon aapko?

Yasmeen: Kya kaha tumnay? Tum mujhay nikalo ge? Yahan se? Is ghar se? Aur mera haath bhi pakro ge? Aray wah, batana zara kahan se aaye ho tum? Konsa sheher hai jahan yeh mahshoor ho gaya hai ke Yasmeen ka haath pakar lo to koi problem hi nahi hai?!

Afzal: Mein Hyderabad se aaya hun. Aur agar dobara tumnay bola na mein tumhara peechha kar raha hun, to utha ke...

Yasmeen: Utha ke??? Ammi! Ammi!!

Babu Hameed: Aray tumnay inhein bithaya nahi abhi tak?

Yasmeen: Yeh kya mujhay bithayengay Babu sahab. Yeh to mujhay uthanay walay thay. Koun hai yeh kameena?

Afzal: Kitni badtameez larki hai yeh!! 😡

Yasmeen: Lekin yeh kya kar raha hai yahan pe? Milnay wilnay aaya hai to theek hai. Agar rehnay aaya hai to abhi isee waqt isay bahar nikalo, Come on, get out.!

Babu Hameed: Nahi nahi, yeh nahi ja sakta.

Yasmeen: Kyun nahi ja sakta? Iska to baap bhi jayega yahan se...

Afzal: Baap ka naam lia na to muun tor doonga!!😡

Yasmeen: Allah miyan! Ghunda hai!! Ammi! Ammi!! Ghunda!

Afzal: Yeh apni ammi ko kyun bulati hai baar baar?

Babu Hameed: Ammi ke ilawa iska koi nahi hai.

Afzal: To Ammi aa kyun nahi jateen?

Babu Hameed: Samajhdaar hain buhat.
